Computers store our most precious data. It is an unfortunate fact of life that sometimes they fail. With this complete set of recovery discs, you will be able to restore your computer back to exactly the way it was before.

We take an exact snapshot of your computer. This snapshot is burned to a set of DVDs which you can use at any time to restore your computer back to the way it was.

Who would use this service?

• You want a complete backup of your system
• You would like to be able to "go back in time" to a particular point in time on your computer.

How It Works

We can perform this service onsite, but due to the length of the process it will be required that it run overnight. We recommend you bring the computer into KCS for us to work on.

We charge an initial one time fee for the license to use the disk imaging software. Once you have a license, the cost is $10 per disc for any backups you make with Klein Computer Services from then on. Each DVD holds approximately 4GB of data, so a new computer can easily fit onto 3 or 4 dvds.

This is a great service to use in addition to a Complete Computer Reformat. If you make a backup of a "prestine" new computer, you've essentially made your own custom "recovery discs" just like those that come with a new computer or laptop. This makes future reformatting and reinstalling windows a snap!
