This service is taylored to slightly more computer saavy individuals who just want a clean installation of windows to work with.

All you need to do is put all the files you want to save into a folder on your desktop. We will backup that folder, reinstall windows, and restore that folder.

This is a cost effective way of getting your computer reformatted if you don't mind doing some of the setup yourself.

Who would use this service?

• You can configure your computer, but reinstalling Windows sounds scary to you
• You want a cost-effective way to start fresh
• You use your computer for school or work and need it reformatted quickly

How It Works

This service is a trimmed down version of our Complete Computer Reformat, and requires that you bring your computer into KCS for us to work on.

Before you do, place all of the documents you want to keep in a single folder on your desktop. It is very important you put everything you want to save into this folder, because we do not backup anything else.

We will then reformat your computer, reinstall windows, and restore those documents back onto your computer.

For the most part, installing applications, configuring your peripherials like your printer, and reorganizing your documents is up to you.
