This package is the perfect way to get your computer back into perfect running order. We take care of everything from backing up your personal files, to re-installing your applications and settings!

Who would use this service?

• Your computer is cluttered and full of programs you never use
• You can't get windows to start anymore
• You don't want to go through the trouble of setting up a new computer
• You have a few important applications that must be on your computer immediately

How It Works

This package requires that you bring the computer into KCS for us to work on.

First we make a complete restorable backup of your computer. We will keep this backup for 10 business days after we deliver your computer back to you so we always have the option to revert back to the way your computer was before.

Then we reinstall windows, install all the latest updates and drivers, and restore your personal documents and settings.

If you provide us with software and license keys, we will install and configure up to five (5) applications on your computer free of charge as well.

If you have peripherial devices such as a printer, webcam or wireless network, we can bring your computer home and configure those devices as well. The first hour is free, and any subsequent time taken will be billed using our General Troubleshooting service.
