How It Works

This package deal requires that you bring your computer in to KCS for us to work on it. We are usually finished with your computer within 2 days.

We will run a host of popular antivirus and antispyware utilities against your computer, and then manually check for anything suspicious by hand.

Some viruses cause sufficient damage that they cannot be removed without reinstalling Windows. If this is the case, the reformat will be charged extra. We will call you to confirm that you want to proceed.
