This is our catch-all service. We are committed to the smooth running of your computer and will do whatever it takes to keep it that way!

Anything that doesn't fit under a special package deal goes under this service.

Who would use this service?

• Your computer is out of space and you want to find out why
• Your keyboard, mouse, joystick, sound or network is not working
• Your computer cannot connect to the internet
• You want to install new software on your computer
• Your computer behaves strangely, or hangs/reboots unexpectedly

How It Works

We will first look at what you want to do, and then give you a quote for how long we think it will take. This is your estimate to give you some confidence about how much the job will cost. The final price may vary by up to 30% in either direction.

General Troubleshooting can be done on-site, or you can bring in your computer. We will give you a time frame for how long we will keep your computer. Usually it is no longer than a few days.
