Step 1 - Schedule Remote Assistance

Contact us at (905) 392-7527 to schedule a remote assistance session. We will explain everything you need to know including our fees and terms.

 

Step 2 - Download Software

We use TeamViewer* to provide remote support to our clients. No installation is necessary. Just download and run the program.

Step 3 - Give ID and Password to Remote support

You will see a ID and Password number on the screen. Give that to the support representative and it will allow them to connect to your computer.

Then you'll be on your way to getting your computer fixed!
