A: We offer all forms of computer repair services. We troubleshoot nonfunctional hardware, tweak your software, remove viruses and spyware, configure your network, upgrade your hardware and backup your files. Our key service is our Computer Computer Reformat.

Q: Where do you offer computer repair services?
A: We offer computer repair services in the Greater Toronto Area in Ontario, Canada. Our location is in Newmarket, Ontario. Some services are performed on-site, and some require you to bring your computer in to Klein Computer Services, more information about each service is available on our Computer Repair page.
Q: Can I advertise with you?
A: Absolutely! Send us an email using our online form and we'll see what we can do for you.
Q: Do you provide services for large organizations?
A: At the moment our primary focus is affordable computer services for home users and small businesses. Some of our services are applicable to larger organizations and we urge you to contact us and let us know what your problem is, but we do not offer full time IT services for large organizations.
Q: Can you provide remote assistance?
A: We are currently working on a solution that will allow us to give prior KCS customers remote assistance, but this feature has not yet been fully developed. We offer consultation and general inquiries over the phone for previous and new customers.
Q: Do you build websites?
A: Yes! We can build advanced, database-driven websites for home users and businesses.
